Biography

GNR (acronym of New Rock Group) is a pop rock band formed in Porto, Portugal in early 1981, by Alexandre Soares (vocals and guitar), Victor Rua (guitar) and Toli César Machado (drums).
Currently the band is formed by Toli César Machado (guitar and keys), Jorge Romão (bass) and Rui Reininho (voice).
Were one of the bands resulting from the portuguese rock boom of the early 80s.
