Mata-Ratos was born by the end of 1981 in Oeiras (Lisbon suburbs), Portugal. The early influences came from late 70's and early 80's British and US Punk. Mata-Ratos first show took place at the Lisbon Art School on Dec 82! The legends of Portuguese Street-Punk are back in 2007! This record celebrates their 25th anniversary: 13 new songs from Oi! to Street-Punk, totally sing-a-long. Digipack edition with artwork/cartoon credits to Alexandre Bacala, former drummer of Mata Ratos. This a truly classic band!
